Business

Business Overview

The company's activities are organised into four connected areas — each supporting the company's own cross-border retail business.

Cross-Border E-commerce

Our own products on international marketplaces

We manage our own cross-border e-commerce operations across international online marketplaces, including Amazon. The products we sell are products we have selected and developed for the Dryqsolux catalogue, and the stores we operate are our own.

This is a first-party activity: the company sells its own goods to end customers. It is not an agency, resale or service arrangement on behalf of other sellers.

  • Online retail — the company's own products, the company's own stores
  • Marketplace channels — international online marketplaces, including Amazon
  • Listing content — product presentation maintained by the company
  • Fulfilment coordination — orders processed through coordinated logistics

Brand Operations

Building and running Dryqsolux

Brand operations covers everything that keeps the Dryqsolux brand coherent across markets: how products are positioned, how they are described, how stock is planned, and how the brand's online retail activities are run day to day.

All of this work is performed in-house, for the company's own brand.

  • Dryqsolux brand management — positioning and consistency across channels
  • Product positioning — which products, for which use, at which market
  • Product content — accurate, useful product descriptions and media
  • Inventory planning — stock aligned with the retail calendar
  • Online retail operations — daily operation of the brand's listings

Product & Supply Chain

Sourcing through delivery, coordinated directly

Behind every listing is a supply chain the company coordinates itself. We select products and suppliers, maintain structured product information, coordinate quality against agreed standards, and manage inventory and logistics across the journey to the customer.

  • Product sourcing — selecting products and supply partners
  • Supplier coordination — specifications, timelines, follow-up
  • Product information — structured records behind every listing
  • Quality coordination — products checked against agreed standards
  • Inventory — stock positions monitored across channels
  • Logistics — fulfilment coordinated with logistics partners

Digital Operations

Internal tooling for a data-aware business

The company maintains internal data tools that support its own operations: product information systems, inventory monitoring, sales analytics and operational reporting. These tools make the state of the business visible to the people running it.

These internal systems are used solely for the company's own business operations and are not offered as services to third-party Amazon sellers.

  • Internal data tools — built and maintained in-house
  • Product information systems — one record per product
  • Inventory monitoring — current positions, tracked continuously
  • Sales analytics — performance data behind decisions
  • Operational reporting — routine reporting on own operations
