Internal Systems & Data

Technology at Tuxun is not a product we sell. It is the internal machinery of the company's own operations — quiet, structured systems that keep product data, inventory and sales performance accurate and visible.

System Overview

What the internal stack covers

System Purpose
Internal Data Systems Central handling of the company's own operational data — structured storage, consistent records and reusable outputs for daily work.
Product Information Management Maintaining product records, attributes and content so that every channel works from the same accurate source.
Inventory Monitoring Tracking inventory levels and movements across the company's own sales channels to inform planning and replenishment.
Sales Analytics Analysing sales performance across channels to support purchasing and operational decisions.
Secure API Integration Connecting the company's internal tools with business systems it is authorized to use, over authenticated, encrypted interfaces.
Access Control Restricting internal systems and data to authorized personnel within the company, on a least-access basis.
Operational Monitoring Monitoring data flows and the operational status of internal processes as part of routine work.

External Interfaces

Authorized APIs, used internally

The company may use authorized Amazon APIs and other business systems for its own internal operations, analytics, inventory management, product information management and business administration.

These internal systems are used solely for the company's own business operations and are not offered as services to third-party Amazon sellers.

Where external interfaces are used, they are treated as internal infrastructure: access is limited to authorized personnel, credentials are managed centrally, and data retrieved through such interfaces is used only for the company's own business purposes.

  • Authentication — credentials managed centrally, rotated as needed
  • Least access — each person sees what their work requires
  • Internal use only — no external-facing data products
  • Data minimization — only data needed for the company's operations is processed

Data Handling

How the company treats data

The company's data handling follows a simple principle: collect what the business needs, keep it accurate, protect it proportionately, and never trade it. Personal data encountered in the course of operations is handled in line with the company's privacy policy and applicable laws and regulations.

  • Accuracy — one authoritative record per product and per stock position
  • Security controls — reasonable technical and organizational measures
  • Authorized personnel — access granted only where work requires it
  • No data sale — the company does not sell personal data
